What’s Energy Movement

Energy Movement consists of tai chi, yoga and qigong (chee gong).  This form of qigong is a medical form which is likened to acupuncture without the needles. By using your breath, moving your body, chanting, and visualizing colors and emotions entering into your body, these  all assist in raising your vibration and releasing energy which no longer is needed.
