“I suffer from Atrial Fibrillation and about once a year or so, my heart starts racing out of control around 186/120, which requires a trip to emergency and for them to start and restart my heart to get it back to its normal rhythm. On a recent Sunday morning at about 1:00 A.M., I started having an attack and was preparing to head out to the emergency department, after delaying for about two hours to see if it would stop on its own, and facing an 8 hour wait just to be seen and at least an 18 hour stay in emergency after that. I decided to play an audio of Master Lin’s Small Universe Meditation and before it was finished my heart had gone back into its normal rhythm and I no longer had to go to emergency. I tried it as a long shot with nothing to lose and was pleasantly surprised that it did work. I have started using the meditation on a daily basis now.”
